Anxiety for young people seems to be pretty high. Thoughts on yoga for teens??? Learning ways to be calmer and happier. I would like to trial a session approx once per month on a Sunday afternoon for 13-17 year olds. The purpose to gently encourage young adults, ways to help reduce and relieve anxiety. I am a yoga teacher, personal trainer and massage therapist. I have a passion for helping people be the best version of themselves. I would like to do this for our community in Kaiapoi. This will be free for young people who are looking for help to feel better in themselves and get the best out of their lives. A parent would be most welcome to attend with their child if appropriate. I will have a couple of my adult yoga class students with us to help support the sessions. I would like to start with a group of 5-10 young people and see where we go from there. If you know of someone who could benefit from this, please reach out. I am thinking our first get-together will be either the 5th or 19th May but will confirm.
