PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT IF YOU HAVE ONE, or use the mats supplied if you would prefer

NO CLASSES week of 4-6 March

N.B All classes are a 6-week block and need to be booked. If there is space in a block that has already started, you may be able to join part way through.
Cost is $90 for 6 weeks. There is an option to come to classes casually when space permits, cost per class $20.
