******Next 7-week block starts Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th Sept 2025. Cost for this round will be $99. This round completes 21/22 October. (normally 6 weeks so get a week for free)

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT IF YOU HAVE ONE, or use the mats supplied if you would prefer

N.B All classes are usually a 6-week block and need to be booked. If there is space in a block that has already started, you may be able to join part way through.
Cost is $99 for 6 weeks.

For some people a weekly commitment doesn't suit due to work or other life commitments, so we offer the following:

A 6-class casual concession - can be used for any class available. Usually there is space in all classes, but a quick text to Louise is helpful- cost $120 (Valid 3 months)

A 10-class concession as above, cost $190 (Valid 6 months)

A one-off class - $25
