We held our first yoga for youth on the 19th May. This is some of the feedback received.... (names changed for privacy)
Hi Lou, thank you for hosting an awesome session Lily said she enjoyed the downward dog movement the most and noticed that she had released a lot of tension in her neck, shoulders and lower back.
Nat enjoyed the chest opener the most with the deep breaths and - because dad had had a big grump at her right before the session - she felt a lot more relaxed and not frustrated anymore.
I noticed that they were both a lot happier that evening!
They really want to come again

Thank-you Louise, Lisa came away from your session saying she 'loved it'. I asked what part she thought stood out for her and she said the breathing which I was thrilled about as this had been the thing I hoped would resonate with her because she often describes her breathing as 'feeling strange' when she is worried. She said she now understands that she has been trying to control her breathing too much and keep it in her chest and now knows how to help herself. I asked what she didn't like and she said 'nothing' and that she was really happy to go back again. Thank you, we look forward to the next one.
